Until the end of February 2026, I was the owner and Designated Broker for Liberty Southwest Realty, a small, personal Real Estate brokerage dedicated to serving the needs of clients. For more than 20 years, I focused on an area in the north west part of the Valley known as Whispering Ranch. Whether it involved selling, buying or managing real property, I worked and developed the expertise to handle those needs. And if I didn't feel he could do the best job for you, I would tell you and help you find someone who could. My philosophy is actually pretty simple. Educate yourself in an area that you enjoy and work with people who are in need of your knowledge and expertise. Be honest, treat people fairly and use your knowledge and expertise to help your clients realize their goals.

After college, I was involved in hotel management, then apartment management and sales which required a Real Estate license, as a salesman in 1975. I then became a Broker in 1976, and maintained licensing since then, first in Florida then in Arizona. Having a wide variety of experience in new home sales, residential resales, multi-family, single family and commercial property management, home construction, land acquisitions and sales, and always demonstrating a "hands on" working knowledge of all areas of Real Estate brought plenty of accolades. In 2009, after seven years as an award winning Associate Broker with a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, I decided to open my own brokerage office, and, until 2026, I dedicated my time and efforts in an area in the West Valley known as Whispering Ranch, and still have a huge amount of information on the area, the history of the subdivision, all the area Plats and Maps, property owners, plannded roadways, water availbility and more ! !

I was taught early in my Real Estate career that the most important thing in this area of expertise is information. This in depth area information can be the difference between a successful transaction or a bitter disappointment by those contemplating a transaction. When a person makes a decision to pursue a Real Estate transaction (whether it be buying or selling), it is critical that they have all of the information they need to feel comfortable and confident that they are making a good business decision. Different financial situations or investment strategies change the view, but having accurate and timely market information is critical. Knowing the market, having years of experience in the Real Estate field and a wide variety of contacts developed over the years allows me access to information otherwise not readily available.

One of the most important factors in your every day dealings is your confidence in the abilities of your chosen professionals to provide you with the guidance you need to reach your goals. You need to be comfortable with their personalities, confident in their abilities and respect their area of expertise.
