Born in Tucson Arizona into a military family, Joe had the good fortune to experience a lot of travel throughout his formative years, learning to enjoy whatever area he was in - mountains, coastline, desert or prairie. This adventurous spirit has always remained - as has his love of the southwest. His travels exposed him to a variety of cultures, developing further his "outside the box" thinking.

After graduating from High School in New Hampshire, Joe attended Northeastern University in Boston as a Mathematics Major. Relocating to Central Florida presented the opportunity to advance in the hospitality industry. Soon he was managing multiple hotel and apartment properties and licensing in the Real Estate field was necessary. Quickly becoming a Broker (1976), management growth quickly evolved into real estate sales, management and marketing for private clients, investors, banks and home builders.

Before long, a national publishing firm recognized these qualities and brought Joe aboard as the Southwest Regional Director for sales and marketing for selling advertising to apartment communities, with Phoenix as its regional office. Coming home to Arizona was an easy decision, as it's a great place to raise a family, has a wide variety of terrain (it's not all desert, you know) and an agreeable climate!

Over a few years, more opportunities arose. Branching out into Property Management in apartments and single family homes, HOA Management, listing and sales of residential properties, research and acquisition of land sites throughout Arizona and southern Nevada for a national cellular tower company, and investment land sales in rural areas throughout the state have kept him busy as a Broker for the past few decades. The primary focus over the past 23 years has been an area known as Whispering Ranch, a subdivision created back in the late 1960's and early 1970's. It's about 30 square miles of vacant, unimproved five-acre and twenty-acre parcels surrounded by Federal and State Trust lands with planned roadways for the future and plenty of water in the aquifer below!! With a large number of sales in the area, he has become known as an expert in this area.

A solid understanding of Real Estate principles and a wealth of years of experience in this field give Joe the added edge in most situations. Joe can bring that experience and creativity to the table for you by providing consulting services in any of your Real Estate situations.
